The service is designed to make communication clearer, easier to share, and more reliable for relatives, including those at a distance.

• Publication of obituaries and related events.
• Display of contacts and media linked to an obituary.
• Sharing of a single link to inform relatives.

• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the use of your account.
• Madizi may suspend or restrict access in case of abuse, fraud, intrusion attempts, or clear rule violations.

You remain responsible for the texts, images, videos, contacts, and information you publish through Madizi.

You confirm that you hold the rights needed to share this information and any associated media.

• Do not publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or dignity-violating content.
• Respect family privacy, copyright, and image rights.
• Do not use Madizi for purposes unrelated to the service.

Madizi may review, refuse, suspend, or remove an obituary in case of reports, clear inconsistencies, serious doubt, or rule violations.

Some obituaries may require review or additional supporting documents before publication.

Madizi offers free and paid plans. Publication limits, available options, and visibility duration depend on the selected plan.

Payments are handled through secure pages provided by dedicated payment providers. Madizi does not store full card data.

Madizi works to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access or the total absence of errors.

The service does not replace legal, administrative, religious, or funeral advice. French law applies and, in case of dispute, the competent courts are those of Bordeaux, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
